MacDonald-Miller’s scope includes mechanical and plumbing for the facility, including seismic engineering, insulation, and test & balance for all new equipment and systems.

The Mechanical Engineer was let go at the end of CDs. The MacDonald-Miller team assisted the new Engineer OR with material options, value engineering and constructibility reviews in order to complete the permit drawings.
